Program

The required FREE orientation session is open to anyone interested

in exploring enrollment in the MBSR course, either at this time or at a future time.

At the end of the orientation session, persons interested in enrolling in the class will meet briefly with the instructor, confirm their enrollment and then pay their tuition.
